Hair - part 2

We all knew the day would come when we'd have to cut Aiden's gorgeous head of hair. We put it off as long as possible and as you can see from the pics, it was getting a little out of hand.

The moment of truth came when Aiden got chicken pox last month and Dada started giving him oatmeal baths....great for his skin, not so great for the tangles in his hair. Dada left the bathroom one night and declared that was the moment. Not tomorrow, not the next day.....*now*. Over the next couple of days Dada trimmed Baba's hair leaving him with a cute shorter version for his 2nd birthday (on the 26th!).

While we all agree Aiden's hair is fabulous.  Lac and I are finally in agreement that it needs a little trim.  We'll wait until after his second birthday and then...big sigh...I'll do the honors while he's asleep.  At least that's plan A.  We may have to come up with something else if that doesn't work.  I'm trying to start forgiving myself now.  Please wish me luck.
